Privacy Policy

This application is an internal tool operated by Tiger Tracks LLC for its own employees and contractors. It is not offered to the public and does not collect information from members of the public.

What the application accesses. The application connects to Tiger Tracks’ QuickBooks Online company file through Intuit’s API using OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by a Tiger Tracks administrator. It reads accounting data (accounts, transactions, invoices, payments and customers) belonging to Tiger Tracks. It does not write to QuickBooks.

What the application stores. Synced accounting data is stored in a Tiger Tracks controlled database hosted in the United States so it can be displayed and filtered quickly. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in the hosting provider’s secret storage and are used only to refresh the QuickBooks connection. Standard access logs (user identity, time, pages viewed) are retained for security and troubleshooting.

Who can see it. Only Tiger Tracks users explicitly granted access through Tiger Tracks’ access controls. Data is not sold, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or used for advertising.

Service providers. The application runs on third-party infrastructure (web hosting, database hosting and access control providers) that process data on Tiger Tracks’ behalf under their standard terms.

Disconnecting. A Tiger Tracks administrator can revoke the QuickBooks connection at any time from QuickBooks or from Intuit’s app management page, after which the application can no longer read new data.
